Coaching Experience

Veteran swim coach Mike Smith has over 3 decades of experience coaching individuals at all levels of competition. Mike has the most consecutive years (29) as a swim team coach in the Grossmont School District. He is the founder and host of the Girl's Novice Championships since 1987.
